They are fighting in the Colosseum. They start facing each other with ten feet between them. They know nothing of each other prior to the fight. To win one must kill or incapacitate the other.

Preston from Equilibrium? He wins.

No. He can't move as fast or faster than bullets in either the comics or the film, or any version I know of, although he can aim-dodge, of course.

He has a chance, albeit a small one. Daredevil is used to aim-dodging random thugs with guns, and Bullseye never used a gun in the movie IIRC. He hasn't faced someone with Preston's level of accuracy before.

That's a fair point, although he has faced Bullseye, armed with stuff to throw rather than shoot, but nevertheless, his aim is pretty friggin' impressive.

At 10'' Daredevil has no chance, Preston won't miss. If they started within arms' reach he'd have a better chance, but I'd still put my money on Preston.

Fair points, thanks for the details, dude. Do you think Daredevil would win if they started within arms reach of each other, or just not lose as quickly?

Its about knowing the most likely placement of enemies due to statistics and the like.

Not sure Daredevil really falls under that kind of criteria.

DD would get dropped real quick.
He can't dodge them bullets which would be coming at him at critical angles.

Daredevil isn't going to be in the most likely places fodder would be, anyway. Especially given that the guy likes going up and over his enemies, which most humans can't do.

10 ft apart? Preston wins.

Opposite sides of the Colosseum? DD wins.
