Static vs Surge

Prep: Again, neither

This is my first thread here, so I hope it doesn't fail spectacularly.

Surge is good and has super speed, but Static has a lot more in his arsenal and a lot more experience. He's also a genius and can use his powers in ways Surge can't.

I say he takes a majority.

Just how fast is surge?

She can run like 300-400mph, but often times her reaction times don't match her speed, as she's not a true speedster. Speed is one of the by-product abilities of her powers, but not a main one.
