What's Madgod's feats? Shuma Gorath can deal with anyone else on team 1 with his magic. Half of the other team is tech beings that I don't see how could cope with SG's power.

Aren't there 2 versions of the Void Hound? Mechanical/tech version and the diety of the Anti-Matter universe. The deity is the one I'm using.

Poor match-up. If the point to the fight is "Battle of the Ultra Cosmic Giant Powerhouses", there are much better Marvel candidates for team 2.
