8loodlust on, Toph could suck him into the ground like the General did to Katara, only a few dozen meters down. Plus Katara has cut metal with her water8ending, so she might 8e a8le to hurt him. She could also trap him in a 8u88le of water and drown him.

That, and I don't think he could. Moving air doesn't mean more air won't rush in, to do so would require sustained very low pressure for minutes, and that's pretty hard.

It's martial-arts style bending, not air-telekinesis, after all.
