as for the fight.
I think most people assume it comes down to Thor and Superman cause they both have flight. Superman also has a huge speed advantage over the rest of the people in this thread as well as good long range attacks. Thor has such a huge Versatility edge over the rest of this people in this thread as well as having the strongest attacks.
So once either one wins their match against each other no one else for either team really has options to deal with them if they fight smart.
Hulk and Juggernaut could obviously contribute to helping Superman or Thor if those two fight dumb and go toe to toe without using their advantages.

Even if they did, JLA/Avengers doesn't show Superman >> Thor, what it showed was a close fight that Superman happened to win.
