Remember, the force is not just TK and stuff. It's also precog and defense against force powers. Windu's still one of the strongest force users, even if he's less overt in his style.

Windu struggled against lightning as much as Yoda. But deflecting with lightsaber requires much less Force effort comparing to Force absorb with bare hands. It demonstrates that Yoda is more powerful than Windu and not by a small margine.
I gotta give raw power to Sidious overall but yoda is damn damn close. I'd say that dooku and OT Vader Are also pretty equal, dooku having more knowledge and vader simply having raw force power over dooku. Windu is powerful but his power comes from vaapad and generally helps him in a more overall sense in saber duels rather then outright force powers. Windu is still strong but I still see dooku as decently above windu in force ability. So windu is last.

Nah, no way is windu more powerful force wise then dooku. Sabers they are equal but dooku is the better of the two.

I'm oldschool haha I haven't been on here in years and years. Back in my time dooku was a powerhouse. Why the change? Mace is good but even in his best books/showings he has never shown to be on dookus force level. His shatterpoint ability is also vastly overrated and only useful in minute and very specific situations. Also dooku is so good with a saber that in his Jedi years only yoda and mace ever beat him in a duel. This kind of comparison does not mean that mace will always beat him, rather that dooku is so good that only yoda and mace even stood any kind of chance in a duel against him compared to everyone else. We don't know how often windu did win in their duels. Saying windu was one of 2 to best him could linguistically mean that windu beat him only ONCE or very few times. Given the context I'm inclined to believe it that way.
