Got any proof that shows Predator's shoulder cannon capable of destroying adamantium? If it can't, then it won't reach the brain and Deadpool will still live as his head is still intact.

Deadpool didn't have an adamantium skeleton. Just the arm blades.

Yeah, Stryker pointed out how the Deadpool wasn't finished, and they needed Wolverine's powers to complete him. So his healing probably would have made the bonding process available.

And while the plasma blast is fast, I can see someone like Wade reacting to it. It's big and bright and loud, and nowhere near as fast as a bullet.
