Slowest character who can...

Say that someone is surrounded by 100 gunmen all armed with AK-47s standing 10 meters away from him/her in all directions. Who is the slowest character that can dodge/avoid being hit by a single bullet? (No intangibility/forcefields/other cheating).

Iron man
Between his 'spidey sense' and his Mach 5 speed he should be able to make it out.

Spiderman.

He dodges the bullets and they all kill each other.

The faster heralds could do it. Superman, Flash etc.

^ It'd be hella harder for him than Spider-Man considering Peter's superior jumping ability and spider-sense, but it's not beyond the veil of imagination. Street levelers consistently demonstrate that they're faster than gunmen are with their trigger fingers whether through skill, instinct or pure agility. In a comic, he'd probably surrender or just Iron Fist the ground before they could pull the trigger.

But I don't think that's in the spirit of the thread?
