OF Thor vs Void

Idk. I'd imagine OF Thor could deal enough damage to Bob to constitute a forum win. Void could obviously come back from death, so it really depends if one kill/KO gives OF Thor the win here or not.

He could kill Thor, sure.

But considering OF Thor's durability is significantly higher than that of regular Thor and has already endured an attack literally designed to disintegrate him in the form of the Destroyer Armor, I don't think Siege Void could easily perform such a feat.

Thor does what's needed to be done...again.
