1980's movies question

There was a movie made in the 1980's or 1970's that had part of the plot were wealthy people would go and pay money to eat rare animals. So the rarer the animal was the more it would cost. At the end of the movie they broke up this animal smuggling ring.
I just want to know what the movie was called.
