2. All out fight both use all their powers & abilities.. Diana uses lasso etc

Who wins in each of the above how and why?

1. Diana, more skilled, faster, better reflexes.
2. Diana slightly as she can send any blasts back at Thanos (hurting himself) and can lasso him sometimes.

1. Speed (automatic win in most cases)
2. Skill (automatic win in most cases)

Thanos in both

As capable, skilled and powerful as Wonder Woman is in a fight, she still virtually 0% chance to beat Thanos by herself. Even at his weakest form, Thanos was able to fight Thor and Thing combined, something I dont see Wonder Woman doing, and Thanos has gotten noticeably stronger since then.

Those things you list as "automatic wins" actually aren't.

Not to mention the parts you're wrong about.

1. Thanos tears her apart. And fairly easily. He's the kind of villain that would lol stomp the entire JLA, until Superman's dials hit 11 and he holds him off until Batman finds some leverage to negotiate with or a way to battle field remove him.

2. Thanos still. Man, her lasso is so overrated at times, sure it has been hax before, but what notable tier has a weapon that hasn't? Granted it stands out more than most. Still, one of these days I'm going to make a list of when her lasso has been countered, laughed at or just been proven to be ineffective/game changer.

The same points could be made between Captain America and Galactus, and still, Galactus would stomp the shit out of Captain.

Mongul beat the tar outta WW so I don't see her even coming close to Thanos.
