Steel vs Batman
Both heroes run into each other on there night patrol.
Batman does not take fondly to vigilantes. It isnt a game and the difference is Batman isnt running around with scrap metal and a giant hammer.
Steel doesnt know who he is but thinks he is some psycho arms dealer.
