Ada Wong vs. Black Widow

It's a cat fight between Marvel and Capcom's most deadly secret agent femme fatales. Ada from Resident Evil 2, 4, Damnation, and 6 confronts the movie version of Natasha Romanoff from Iron Man 2 and the Avengers. Ada has a mission from an organization to retrieve a viral strain of an unknown virus from terrorists the same time SHIELD assigns Black Widow a similar task. The two cross paths and fight over it in a warehouse.
Round 1: H2H
Round 2: Both of them have their weapons and each of the two move to opposite ends of the warehouse.
Ada has a TMP, a Crossbow, a Hookshot, and flashbangs.
Natasha is dual wielding Glock 26's, has flashbangs and the Widow's Bite.
Who will win?
