She's beaten WW a few times, and she pretty much shredded Wally West (he managed to turn things around by stealing her speed, but she had pretty much no problem hitting him).
Also, another host of the same Cheetah power took out Superman in an ambush.

Oh. The pictures are all of post-crisis Cheetah, who looks entirely different than pre-Crisis, being humans in costumes.
Priscilla Rich, the first Cheetah, would lose. Skilled combatant but that's it.
Deborah Domaine, on the flipside, actually becomes superhuman when in a rage, to the point that with her costume's claws she could rend metal. And, really, I don't have a precise idea of just how powerful she is, it's pretty hard to find material with her. Might be a good fight, might go to Deborah.
