Marvel Team vs DC Team

Thor( with belt of strength)
Sentry
Hawk Eye
The Punisher

VS

Superman regular/Standard
Black Adam
Green Arrow
Batman

team 2

Supes >> Thor and

Adam >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> nth power over whiny Sentry

Hawkeye, Punisher, Green Arrow and Batman are irrevelant.
And team 2 wins, because while Thor > Superman, Black Adam totally waste the shit out of Sentry, like it's not even funny, and then he and Sups gangbang Thor in a easy victory.

Depends on Sentry's mental state, obviously.
