1- Split, or 6/10 to Team 2, since Terrax suck ass
2- Team 1 horribly stomp Team 2. Silver Surfer is a head above anyone else in term of power and versatility. He murders Gladiator quickly, by using his weakness against him, and then go like a cosmic lawnmower over the rest of Team 2, while that have their hands full with their opponents.
= Surfer, Stardust and Morg vs Quasar, Gladiator and Beta Ray Bill
Gladiator has the strength to equal the big guns on team 1, but out of the 6 I whittled it down to, he is the only one without the extra exotic powers, tricks and weapons. He won't make it.
This leaves the final stage of the battle between Surfer, Stardust and Morg vs Quasar and Beta Ray Bill.
It would be a good battle in both scenarios, but In the end, with all 5 dwelling around the same level, team 1, with the extra character, would prevail.
