Apathy vs Hatred

Suppose that DC wanted to expand the emotional spectrum and create two new Lantern corps. They decide on the emotions of hatred and apathy. So here's the question. Which emotion would be stronger in the DC Universe and who would be their Lanterns? For a bonus, what colors would you assign?

For color I'm thinking grey would be a good choice to symbolize neutrality, or clear to symbolize a failure to get involved. For hatred I'd combine red/rage, yellow/fear, with just a smidge of black/death to symbolize how hatred can kill your heart, to create a brown light.

...So who'd be a member of the Lazy Lanterns and the Star Poos?

I think Sam Lane would be a good choice for the light of hate, Lobo for the Lantern of apathy.
