Quasar vs. Atrocitus

Who wins?

Would Quasar be able to manipulate a Red lanterns energy?
If so quasar for a good majority.
If not the battle is alot closer.

I don't think he could, because it seems to be more like blood magic kinda stuff, rather than straight up energy like the other Lanterns.
