All I know is, Team 1 is infinitely cooler than Team 2. And if this is the upgraded Creeper mentioned in the Outsiders series, then I'm going with Team 1 for the win almost every single time (IMHO).
👆 Creeper is a cool character who has yet to appear in the nu52. PC TW certainly has what it takes to take down any of the 3, though.

That's just some of it (what I could find on Comicvine). There's examples of his laugh causing actual physical damage to solid materials, him pwning a demon in hell, etc..
