Entropy? The Marvel Abstract that's basically Eternity? If so it's either a stalemate (according to the whole Cosmic Compass thing) or Entropy aka Eternity wins.
The only time Oblivion fought another abstract, Infinity, he had help (Anomaly boosted Maelstrom with the Quantum Bands and Cosmic Awareness) and all he could do was stalemate her. And Eternity (aka Entropy) and Infinity are one. So.....it's..............confusing.
The Only reason Oblivion doesn't consume eternity along with the universe is because
They have a agreement were they agreed he can only Directly consume the universe at the end of its cycle. This is said in the comic
Which is why he wanted to indirectly consume it by using maelstrom.
This caused eternity and the rest of the compass to create a new agreement ( in the very comic he use maelstrom).
Infinity stalemating him means nothing when he has the power to consume her based his cosmic role
