This lie was laid to rest the instant Galactus got sick of Keeper. He was leading Galactus to worlds that weren't nourishing him enough and Galactus stated this to Keeper.
Keeper told him to shut up and accept the worlds he finds and Galactus literally tore him apart despite being weak from hunger. Keeper would have died (come to think of it I think he did die) but Starhawk found him and healed him up.
In no way was Keeper a peer to Galactus.

That's the very definition of having one's "sh|t pushed in". Keeper is nowhere near Galactus' level, even if Galactus is hungry. At best he's a translevel being.
