just finished reading legacy 4. orgamist power is good, but still within the scope of SS and SNG so far.
btw anybody else think those eyeballs that contacted him in china are actually blindfold's? they both see alternate future probabilites, and speak with southern accents (once she was in his mind and her speech was normal), she lacks eyes and he commented on the eyeball thing not being a whole mind/person. he also remembered the eyeballs when she kisses him. there's also effect she had on his mind and the fact she thinks their fates are connected.

I agree. He does lacks the feats, to show extended proficiency in each skill set. But damn his exotics continue to stack, and that just makes him a monster if he ever achieves re from his mental fracture. He is proving to be a huge jack of all trades.

Zero-Tau Nullskin - control over the laws of conversation of energy, making physical (or kinetic attacks) useless.

yes, his exotic powers arsenal is quickly catching up to the power cosmic. the character concept itself isn't just amazing, it's a sci-fi psychodelic trip.
