I have some catching up to do.
Rock Lee. While Danny has some feats, even against speedsters, Lee is a speedster WITH high level martial arts skills. bullets and iron man at top speed all go in straight lines. That speedster in the scan was just running circles around him and would have been easy enough to predict.
If lee went all out, taking off his weights and opening the gates, he'd likely win unless danny got a really lucky punch right off the bat.
