In T-3 film, T-850 was run through concrete buildings and it wasn't damaged. Heck, T-850 tolerated direct plasma fire which could vaporize a gigantic vehicle.
Strength wise; T-850 matched T-X (its superior) for a while. In the TV series, T-850 flipped over a Bus single-handedly.
T-850 can also scan for vital body parts in organic life-forms and crush them.
If T-850 gets extensively damaged somehow, it can use its hydrogen fuel cells as weapons.
well unfortunately Jason X was on a space station...but i feel he could run through building...if only i had the comics that ran after the movie...i think because Jason X has Super-natural strengh with cyborg strengh...he will be par in power...well this fight might not end with physical power and both have regeneration...we get stuck in a fighting loop...so its a matter of stamina and speed...both have alot...errm i pick Jason X again because of Super-naturalness and could survive a self destruct from T-850
