Surfer - His versatility really lends itself to causing massive amounts of damage to lower level civilizations quickly and efficiently with a mere thought.
Superman - His combination of speed, strength, power, and access to advanced technology makes him dangerous.
Thor - Like Surfer but slightly less versatile but packing crazy and devastating power output along with magic which often serves as a trump card.
Reed Richards would also be dangerous if given time.
