We used to have it as pretty much an unwritten rule that a character needed 10-12 issues so that we could build up an average...

The Questing Queen has been in most every issue of Demon Knights in DCnU, but has zero feats unless talking to Mordru counts as a feat.

Sorrow is pretty haxed and a great character to boot, IMO. He doesn't need to kill to win. Just look at what he did to SHAZAM.

Mar-Vell would probably get BFR'd or turned into stone if Sorrow looked at him.
