It's funny,
you're attributing a feat on the strength of the PF consciousness' words,
when it's referring to a feat in the PAST tense. (removing Sublime)
And the official HCT bio confirms that.
How can the consciousness be telling Jean,

while her friends died horrible deaths at the hands of Sublime to distract him,
in order for her to REMOVE his atoms from that possible Future. (15104)

Scott's changed decision (Jean's only feat after your supposed universal materialization)
nullified Reality 15104's future from ever happening.
