I don't think Galactus can be at "full power" but when he consumed 4 planets to fight the celestials he was pretty beast.

IMO Team in both

Odin in the destoryer should be more then enough for standard Galactus based on their battle.

Given RKT, Odin the destroyer armor and Surtur.

They should have enough fire power to make it a good fight.
