Not with an energy blast. And when he did cap dude went flying. This kinda proves my point of technique>raw power. Having three members of the league of shadows can probably give Cap a decent fight without any of their gear. With it cap will be outmached.

Adam west batman could one shot hulk.
I have no doupt in my mind that Cap would beat Bats, or Bane, or Ras. But all of them at once, in gotham, with scarecrow gas floating around(the stuff those guys trained with to get better control of themselves). You guys have to admit even if Cap does win, it would be pretty close.
