His current suit doesn't shoot acid, as far as I know. It was one of his old suits and the cartoon one.

Scorpion's too fast. Plus he's got his version of the spider sense right? And he beat titanium man. I can't remember the last time rhino did anything close to that impressive. I'm gonna have to say scorpion wins.

He lost his ss along with Pete. Scorpion did beat Titanium man which is impressive. But keeps getting owned by Spidey. Not Rhino though. Last time Pete faced off against the sinister six (including the amped Sandman and amped Electro) Rhino was the only one Pete seemed to be worried about.

No "official" amps but CIS off made him stronger and faster, stated on-panel by Spidey. When Pete (sporting an armor) and Silver Sable fought him in "End of the earth" they had to reserve to a plot device in order to slow him down (a hugeass explosion) he still damaged Pete's armor and they had to run away from him.

I also kind of attributed rhinos's domination of that fight to the environment. In an enclosed space rhinos threat level skyrockets.

Yep. Then theres that instance when he was drawning Sable. Pete couldnt move his hand an inch.
