I actually see it as quite close, tbh.

Defensively, he should be able to shift out of the lasso, and not be cut by the tiara.

Offensively, she still needs to breathe, so he could choke her out.

I thought it was pretty close too.
I think with his shape shifting will prevent the lasso as well.

And question, does Diana have any Speed feats yet? In DCnU

In character, though, I see WW doing exactly the same thing (asking who he was, why he was fighting her etc). Time which the SS could use to shapeshift out.

Yes, MM is more powerful, but all he's doing is stretching out of the lasso, right?

The lasso should have contained him imo. Wasnt there a instance where she contained a white martian? I know one tume one got out by phasing.

okay, no, but speed is hardly a factor here. he can contain her just as easily if not better than she can, and then there is invisibility
