Rhino vs Lady Deathstrike

Both at peak/best..

1.H2H, LDS uses claws.
2.Both use full powers and abilties. No BFR

who wins in each of the above?

1st scenario is not much different from the 2nd...

Anyway, Deathstrike for the win. Faster, great pain tolerance, healing factor, cybernetics, claws that can one-shot him, significant range advantage, etc.

Sounds about right, but if Rhino uses all of his other powers in the second scenario, he just might stand a chance.
