Looks like Jason Aaron will be signing in Iowa City tomorrow for Free Comic Book Day, which is about an hour's drive away or so, so looks like a strong chance I'll be there to meet him. 😄

Oh wow lucky. Be a f*g and ask for some more strength feats, and versatility. Maybe beat up the Hulk for good measure.

Space sharks....wtf??

Unfortunately I didn't get to meet Aaron, which sucks. But there's another convention coming up in Chicago in August, so maybe he'll be there.

Also, one thing I noticed recently was Freyja's scene in Guardians of the Galaxy #2.

Spoiler:
Basically, Star-Lord's father, Gladiator, the Supreme Intelligence, and other leaders of various empires including the Brood and the Negative Zone all discussed whether or not it would be such a bad thing if Earth were attacked or destroyed before they officially joined the galactic community. In response to this, Freyja disapproved of attacking Earth (which is one of the Nine Realms she oversees as the All-Mother) and even threatened the other empires with a war in which she would use everything at her disposal to defend Earth with if they made an attempt at the planet.

Not really a "feat" per se, but it was interesting to see the other empires back off from her threat and instead opt to merely declare Earth off-limits for the other empires than attempt to attack it. Makes me wonder just how Earth + Asgard and the Nine Realms would fare in an all out intergalactic war.

If the All Mother's actually did something, they could obliterate some fleets. Plus, most of the races are just like 1 ton characters with weapons. Asgard is like all 50 ton characters and random weapons and armor. And then the notable characters.

Without the All Mother, and random tech, I don't think they'd do too well vs entire empires. Mind you, this is only talking about Asgard, not the 9 realms.

It'd be interesting what sort of army they would call upon.

Yeah, that's how I feel, too.

Dont forget about Asgard space Which was old Asgard turned into a war machine by Odinwe never got to see what hell the old man was going to unleash with all the mechs armor and weapons they made from fear itself,
