Galactus. Three High Heralds and two Trans Tier beings won't do shit vs a fed Galactus. Added bonus, there is some proof he's immune to Warlock's soul suck attack with the Soul Gem.

I'd say Galactus via People's Elbow.

Molecule Man is only superior to Galactus if he's in his right state of mind; Owen was not stable mentally when he fought Sentry (and even then he only lost because he kept turning his back to Sentry...figuratively anyway).
