Optimus Prime can lift ca. 4,000,000 lbs or 2,000 tons. In contrast, Iron Man, Thing, Ms. Marvel, calm Hulk etc. can lift about 70-100 tons making OP much much stronger than them.Optimus Prime wins, rather easily.
Optimus can drive at 200mph in Truck mode, or Space Bridge for Long distances
He dodged laser fire at his size, so he is also quite agile, not to mention his shield can absorb massive amounts of force and heat

It's from his profile which was given in many TF comic books back in the day. Actually, it states that when OP combines all his modules his strength quadruples, so his full str level is 8,000 tons (100 times that of classic Thing!). Here's the relevant part:
