Why not? I admit that I haven't read that particular issue, but that scan seems to fit both characters. Bizzaro is essentially Superman without the pesky moral restraint.

What do you mean? He was aiming at BP and BP made him look stupid by dodging his attack. This is an example of ridiculous reaction time. Again, Wolverine is fast as hell in combat. Spiderman and others have said so. But I don't see his reaction time feats being as good as Black Panther's.
