Agent 47 versus Rambo

Same events as the movie First Blood. Rambo has escaped custody and then raped Teasle and his men in the woods. Instead of calling in the National guard, they authorities call in Agent 47 to kill/capture Rambo.

Agent 47 is armed with his Dragunov sniper rifle, an M-16, an M-60 and his twin .45's. He is thoroughly briefed on Rambo's training. He also frag grenades, concussion grenades and flashbangs.

Rambo is armed with a Dragunov sniper rifle, an M-16, an M-60 and two .45's. He also frag grenades, concussion grenades and flashbangs.

Unlimited ammo for both.

Rambo knows he is being hunted by one highly skilled man, nothing more.

Who wins?

Actually a fight I have no idea about who will win.

Yeah, same. Good matchup I think.

47 never had any feats in a forest environment. Though if the fight ended up in the town like at the end of First Blood, I can't see why 47 just wouldn't snipe him.
The movie version of Hitman was terrible though. So yeah it's pretty even.

I say 47 wins. He's better than world-class assassins. Rambo is better than any Green-Beret.

47 has Rambo in:

1. Speed.
2. Agility.
3. Shooting Accuracy.
4. Intelligence.
5. Experience.
6. Bladed weapon combat.
7. H2H combat.

Rambo has him in:

1. Jungle combat experience (but not by much, imo).
2. Strength.
3. Willpower.
4. Durability/pain tolerance.

Because of 47s speed over Rambo, I say Rambo gets a bullet between the eyes a split second before Rambo puts a bullet between 47s eyes.

47 wins 8 out of 10 matches.

Shooting accuracy is questionable. Remember when Rambo headshot 3 pirates in less than a second? And lol, Rambo has plenty of experience.

You forgot flat out badassery.

Lol, no. He's gotta find Rambo first. An entire army of Russian special forces could not find him.

Compared to 47, he has very little experience. 47 was in constant training and then in constant missions: no break time. Rambo does not have that.

I didn't. That goes to 47, easily.

Russian special forces <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<Agent 47.

Contrary to what you stated, you were quite certain of the outcome. You are certain that Rambo wins.

Is that right now? Because Rambo was like in the Vietnam war and stuff. Not to mention Trautman's quote directly from the movie:

"You don't seem to want to accept the fact you're dealing with an expert in guerrilla warfare, with a man who's the best, with guns, with knives, with his bare hands. A man who's been trained to ignore pain, ignore weather, to live off the land, to eat things that would make a billy goat puke. In Vietnam his job was to dispose of enemy personnel. To kill! Period! Win by attrition. Well Rambo was the best."

But I guess Trautman was full of poo, eh?

I didn't. That goes to 47, easily.
Actually it doesn't. Not even close. What did Rambo do after jumping off a cliff and landing hundreds of feet below? He took out a chopper with a rock. Your move.

I am now that I watched First Blood again. Rambo, in the forest/jungle, becomes the forest/jungle. Hell, Mitch was right on top of Rambo and didn't even see him FFS. 47 is just outmatched here.

Mitch wasn't a soldier, but a ordinary cop, if he had seen him it would have outspelled for us just how bad Rambo was at blending in with the land, if a freaking streetcop could locate him.

And? Point is that he was right among them at all times and they never realized it. He took them all out and they only saw him when he allowed it. Much like this:

In an urban scenario, yeah, 47 has the upper hand. But in the forest? He has no chance.

And the point is that there is a big difference between fooling a bunch of cops, that thinks they are chasing a fugitive, while in reality a ex commando, contrast that too a elite assassin that knows what he is dealing with, in every detail. Furthermore lets not forget that Rambo has been caught and torturered before, while he is excellent at hiding, it doesn't mean he becomes invisible and vanish from the face of the earth when he goes guerilla mode.

And the fact that 47 has zero jungle/forest feats? That's huge here.

Also, when Rambo was caught, he was expecting the choppah to pick him up. When he decides not to be seen, he won't be seen.

Which is why 47 will wait in the town for Rambo to till inevitably continue his final assault. And there he will die.

Film 47 has ways to deal with targets in foreign environments as well.....

He can attach a bomb to a unwilling civilian and send him in under threat of family/personal safety. Once the man is in the vacinity of Rambo he blows them up.

47 doesn't take chances. He plans many moves ahead. Unlike Rambo who dives in and simply minces his enemies. But past Rambo films has proven that luck can run short.

47 shits all over Rambo.

It doesn't matter, 47 can set the wood on fire, or make it appear as if he is torturing Trutman etc. There are enough ways for 47 to lure Rambo away from his environment.

I'm talking about his captivity and torture shown in flashback in the first film during the vietnam war, do you think he intended to be captured there as well? There he was fighting Guerillas just as adept as using the environment as he himself was.

^This 47 is a master planner he wont just go runing around searching for Rambo he will set a trap for him most likely.

Lol, wait in town? The town is not the battlefield. 47 must enter the forest and hunt Rambo down.

He never showed what Rambo showed in a wooded environment.

He doesn't have bombs here.

Lol wut? Rambo doesn't plan? You're high.

You really wanna compare trap setting here?

So 47 just sets the woods on fire and kills Rambo, eh? Kinda like Rambo set the bushes on fire and killed the VC, eh? Rambo actually did what you said 47 would do. If anything, he'll lure 47 into a false sense of security then fry his ass.

Rambo has better screen feats here. Period.
