one Hulk stopped Onslaught for awhile I would think the numbers would be to much. Has Hulk ever been changed though matter manipulation?

Yes.

Do you know what he does/can do?

He thinks of it, and it occurs.

He doesn't blast them with his anti-Hulk vision, or whatever. If he wants to think of all of them as cuddly toys, then that's what they'll become. Numbers don't matter. Line of sight does not matter. They could be in California, and him in China, and he could do it.

Incidentally, this holds true for Legion as well. Who goes back in time and kills Banner before the gamma bomb.
