Dr. Doom (comic) vs. Darth Sidious (Peak EU)

Two villians who specialize in electrocuting people. They meet in two rounds:
1. Death Star Throne Room
2. A Forest on Earth.

Both are at their peak of power. Who of these two shocking villians will come out on top?

Comics Doom isn't really into electrocution. He's got really powerful magic, and at his "peak" power, is one of the times he's stolen godlike power.

He doesn't need to steal Palpatine's powers. He's plenty powerful on his own, and as I said, Peak Doom is when he's stolen the Beyonder's power, or "The Life Force" reality warping he took from Wanda.

Even standard Doom is more than a match for Palpatine.

Doom, easily. Doom could kill Palpatine with his armor tech and not even have to use magic.
