Orochimaru vs Junior (Piccolo)

This is Piccolo during the last tournament in dragonball.

Easily Piccolo.

He's stronger than King Piccolo, who can city-bust.

Piccolo wins.

Piccolo stomps. Oro might pull a couple snake skin sheds but that'd probably just make it funner for piccolo to bkeep blowing up.

I'm pretty sure Piccolo's PL was in the high 200's, maybe even lower 300's back then. This is important because Roshi, with a PL of 180, was capable of moon-busting.

That doesn't really matter in the slightest. Piccolo would not need to resort to busting anything. He would merely need to rip Orochimaru in half the minute the fight starts.

Of course he could casually dismiss him with ki if he's so inclined.
