Silver Surfer

Can the surfer create or resurrect life? He seemed to bring back Susan Storm from death in the movie although took a lot of his power temporary away even though he still defeated galactus at the end.

In the comics he's healed people like Thor and Reed back from the brink of death. In the movie I don't think Sue was completely dead, I think he just simply healed her.
