Force "Crush" against a cyborg with only minimal organs whose murdered about half a dozen jedi and close personal friends in cold blood and kept their sabers as trophies. is different than using Force Choke on a person.

Also, Mace and about everybody else views Grievous as a Droid, as that's basically what he is aside from lungs, eyes, and a brain.

He crushed Greivous' organs, hence why he's stuck coughing for the rest of his life. I'm not sure where you're getting "choke" from; I clearly said that Mace "crushes" his throat.

I'm not sure what you're trying to argue. Jedi don't believe in revenge either, so if you're trying to insinuate that the reason Mace used force crush is out of spite for Grievous murdering Jedi, then your "he's a jedi so he wouldn't do that" argument doesn't hold up, now does it?

No, I was saying that as he considers Grievous a droid, and was probably angry, he was less likely to hold back. Also consider how much of a threat Grievous was to even master level Jedi. Mace crushed him to make him less so, and it obviously worked, even if only by a little.

Doesn't change the fact that you're arguing a paradox. "He did it because he was angry" means he did it out of spite, which is entirely un-jedi-like. Jedi don't feel spite. So, if Mace is willing to get angry and crush someone's lungs, then nothing's stopping him from crushing Afro's lungs, or his legs and arms if he doesn't want to use lethal force.

edit- For that matter, he doesn't even need to use crush. He can just take Afro's sword away with the force, or levitate him in the air and chop him in half. Or any of number of things. The point I'm basically driving at is that Afro has zero defense any kind of force technique what-so-ever. He has zero chance of winning.
