The very finger tips from which the ball is coming from has the same speed as the ball, at least in its initial release before it slows down. This is fact. The ball can't move faster than the body that's throwing it.
The hand itself, not necessarily, but it will still carry a decent amount of that speed.

Why is this thread still open? This is obvious spite. Anyone that knows anything about RKT knows that Hulk doesn't stand a chance because even if someone thinks Hulk is physically a skyfather (carver9 does), he isn't physically beating an elder god, especially someone in the higher range like RKT is. Just imagine if Hulk touched RKT.
This Hulk has both the PG (which would boost him at least 2x) and the red ring (which grows stronger from rage).
We looking at a possible 10x amp the first few moments.
I would go as far as WBH without these amps could push Thor's face in.
Even with a thunderclap, Hulk could serious hurt Thor.
