Uh, Gecko4lif, read the manga. Haku wasn't even super sonic speed. Chopper could beat his ass. The only people in Naruto that are light speed are Minato and Naruto himself because of hiraishin. Any way, I give this win to Sanji unless we use Shippuden Lee, who was stated to be stronger and faster than Gai, who was able to punch so fast in 4th gate that it literally made fireballs come from his fists. Not to mention the fact that Gai went 7th gate and was able to easily overcome an attack that could have KILLED Raikage and Killer Bee in their Lightning and Biju modes at once. Lee's most impressive feat though is that he was able to hit Obito, and go faster than he could warp space and time, so with Shippuden Lee, it's close, but he wins with 7th gate, and if not then he'll tie with 8th gate(because you die after using it).
