Brainiac vs Cassandra Nova

No Prep. No BFR.

Who wins?

Brainiac.

CN

Does Brainy get his tech?

He gets his brain.

So, this is a fist fight?

No, it's a brain fight.

Well, then I will go with BRAINiac.

Racist.

Nah, Cassandra Nova wins in a TP fight, seeing as Brainiac doesn't have any TP feats.

Nope.

Both get suddenly teleported into a random featureless arena with nothing, and must fight it out.

So, a hth battle?
