Starkiller has an obscene power advantage, however, Corvo has time freeze which basically negates anything he could do.

Time Freeze is activated with a thought. Starkiller can't react or gesture to use his more powerful Force TK faster than Corvo can think to stop time.

Which he will do from the start as he knows how powerful and dangerous Starkiller is.

He doesn't need his more powerful TK. A casual attack would behead Corvo.

Not that this matters, as of TFU2 Starkiller can survive atmospheric re-entry. How exactly does Corvo plan to use his five seconds of time freeze?

Make him kill himself with his saber.

The human body can and has survived terminal velocity falls on occasion, Neme. Starkiller should still crush this guy though, can think faster.
