Ra's al Ghul Vs Ozymandias

Prep battle ONLY.

vs

Ra's best feat is outsmarting Batman.

Ozy's best feat is outsmarting a guy who can perceive the future.

Difficult to say, really.

Probably give it to Ozy. I think he works on a little higher scale.

Id go with Ozymandias personally, in both a battle of wits and prep, as well as a physical fight.
