That's not Zom, that's the Zomling (the piece of Zom that survived the LT's annihilation). That's what Dr. Strange drank in the WWH arc and that's what possessed him during Chaos War.

FP Zom would be beastly but if Abraxis really went toe to toe with a FP Spectre, Abraxis is winning this.

abraxis definitely wins, his power exceeded that of the spectre.

Some may see that LT intervening to stop zom as impressive but it's really not considering that LT made his first appearances there (in those strange tales issues), and even nebulos gave him trouble with the staff. Even then LT was definitely more powerful than Zom.

Edit: Zom's power is definitely universal, but he's not winning against a guy whose 1/5th power (or something like that) is more than the spectre's
