Depends. Amaterasu would if it hits ace probably vastly weaken or kill him. And if ace is dumb enough to be reliant on his intangibility than he would let itachi hit him and he would get sealed by the totsuka. Itachi is really smart and has very impressive reaction feats so this fight could go either way as ace does have alot of firepower which would make it hard.
