Based off ' if their weak against it can they use it?' I would say yes most likely.
Humans are weak against magic and have no resistance and can wield it.

Kryptonians are weak agnainst kryptonite but use knives made of the stuff and I might be recalling wrong but I think they had some sort of anti kryptonian gun that might of worked of the stuff. (or red sun light either way it's a weakness)
Harnessing the green stuff seems more dangerous than magic but they do it so I'm sure magic is a go.

(God she's hawt. I Sooo want a banner of this lol)

I don't see why not. Humans are weak against guns and knives, but we use them all the time.

Yes, they can. There was a mention of kryptonian sorcerers in Superman:blood of my ancestors IIRC.

I would give it to doom superman if he was tought magic but honestly given how doom is I would figure he would find out his weakness and keep the magic as a trump card. If he teach him anything I'm not sure to what level it would be so it's effectiveness is a bit questionable but still a edge against other supermen.

Thanos? Good teacher/father figure. My top pick. Superman herald of death! Woo! Other than training and good ol fatherly Care I'm not sure what he would gain beside unspecified tech.

What could apocalypse give superman? Celestial tech? Armor? Make him a horsemen? Guess I don't know much about him him to be a good judge. If he can upgrade him like he did to hulk (war hulk) then that's something I'd like to see.

At first I agreed but after deeply pondering and mediating on the issue I am gonna have to change my vote to Apocalypse or Thanos. Kal-pacolypse would be devastatingly brutal, especially after twenty years of "only the strong will survive" being drilled into his head. He would be very powerful and mentally unstable, a dangerous combination.
Doom's biggest advantage is his sorcery. However IMO Doom is too paranoid to teach Kal-Doom anything too powerful out of paranoia.
Thanos on the other hand also has some familiarity with magic as well, albeit not as much as Doom or Strange. Thanos is also more mentally stable and intelligent than the other two. Rather than withholding information like Doom would do, Thanos would teach him all he could, but then put a bomb in his head just in case. Thanos took a little girl, not much different than a standard human child, and turned her into the most dangerous woman in the universe. Just imagine what he could accomplish using Kryptonian physiology.
